A boat that was carrying 15 people capsized in the Kosi River at 11:40 am today. A rescue team has rescued 13 people while two more are still missing in the river, police said.The accident took place when the boat heading towards east from the west part of the Prakashpur-4 of Morang district was caught up in a river current, police added.It is stated that the boat’s occupants were crossing the river for collecting wood drifting in and flowing with the river. - See more at:
