Hilarious moment guard directs car out of parking space but misses one major detail

This is the moment a hapless security guard unwittingly directs a reversing car out of a parking space - minus the driver.

CCTV footage of the bizarre moment the man presumes the car is pulling out when it is fact rolling away has gone viral.

The clip starts with a woman parking the car and getting out - forgetting to put the handbrake on.

Gradually, the car starts moving backwards.

After about a minute, it gathers enough momentum and starts to roll.

t's then that the security guard appears and begins guiding the runaway vehicle out of the car park.
