Prince Harry visits Patan Durbar Square

Britain Prince Harry on Sunday afternoon visited the Patan Durbar Square in Lalitpur. Prince Harry was welcomed by women clad in traditional Newari attire upon his arrival at the historical site. He also interacted with artisans and apprentices working to restore the ancient royal palace that was devastated by the earthquake last year. Prince Harry had arrived on a five-day Nepal visit on Saturday. British Prince Henry of Wales 'Harry' has arrived in Kathmandu on Saturday for his five-day-long official tour of Nepal. He has landed in the Tribhuwan International Airport in Qatar airlines’ aircraft. The visit being on behalf of Her Majesty's Government of the UK is going to further strengthen the bicentenary of bilateral relations between the two countries. The British royal is scheduled to meet Prime Minister KP Sharma today. During his Nepal visit from March 19-23, Prince Harry will engage in various activities including observation of earthquake recovery work.
